Situation

Meet Tomika Snodgrass, Certified Life Coach, Founder, and CEO of Confident Heart Coach.  Confident Heart Coach’s mission is to help passionate female executives and entrepreneurs spark joy and happiness in their marriage without sacrificing their dreams, ambitions, and business goals.   She hired Executive Thought Partners, LLC (“ETP”) to consult on her business start-up activities and design and build her website and social media presence. ETP collaborated with Tomika for two months as we helped create a solid business model and conceived a lasting online presence for her company.

Tasks & Actions

First, we reviewed her strategic goals, target customers, and brand positioning for her company. Then we talked about messaging and the overall voice she wanted for her coaching practice and reviewed several example websites she liked. Then, we developed a clean, bright look for her site and several inviting messages designed to encourage responses. We utilized WordPress as our Content Management System. Together, we wrote and word-smithed several sections on each page, reviewed several images from our stock library, and Tomika provided original photos as well. Every strategic goal, tactical step, and creative element was intended to appeal to women who need her unique coaching brand.

Results

Since Tominka’s official launch in September 2020, she has developed a significant social media following (500+), acquired several new clients (six), perfected her brand (“Spark Joy & Happiness”), and learned how to manage her website’s content. We have an ongoing relationship where ETP provides technical assistance and strategic advice to help grow her business.
