Meet David Ward: Writer, Producer, Singer, Christian (@KingDave633). Dave is a phenomenal singer, music ministry leader, and performer. Dave needed professional headshots and creative images for his new album cover, website, and social media profiles.

Tasks & Actions

Initially, we advised Dave that he needed a look that reflected his experience and – in our opinion – his warm and bubbly personality (he’s pretty funny). However, after some research and inspiration from popular Gospel and R&B singers, we thought a darker background and butterfly lighting would suit him. Dave obtained a nice fresh hairdo that we wanted to feature as well. We shot him using a Sony A7RIII, Neewer 300W 5600K Studio Flash Strobe Lights and fined tuned his skin and glasses in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Results

Dave used his images on Facebook and Instagram and tee-shirts to promote his awesome new single release, “Your Grace is Enough.” You can find his songs https://music.apple.com/us/album/the-royal-ep/860011043.
