Monet has spent the better part of her career conceptualizing, trail-blazing, and wrestling with the tough issues facing forward-looking organizations in the non-profit, quasi-government, and government sectors. She is a dynamic strategic planning and analysis professional who provides innovative, results-driven, programmatic, and technology-based solutions intended to move her stakeholders’ capabilities into the next century. Monet is very effective at identifying capability gaps, formulating requirements, and managing resources to ensure a successful effort.
Monet has lent her expertise and experience in government acquisition, technology development, and contract sourcing and management to several Departments of the Army Soldier training programs earning her the Civilian Medal of Achievement and awards for contract and program execution. She was one of a select group of Department of Defense employees inducted into a developmental program designed to prepare leaders to hold positions at the highest levels of government. She was an educational consultant for the National Science Foundation’s Systemic Initiatives Program and a key staffer for the National Academy of Sciences Coordinating Council for Education and the National Alliance of State Science and Mathematics
